SECRETARIAT AND REGISTRATION DESK
The pre-registration and on-site registration desks are at disposal of participants during the following hours:

Friday, May 31 – 12.00 – 19.00
Saturday, June 1 – 07.15 – 19.30
Sunday, June 2 – 07.15 – 19.30
Monday, June 3 – 08.00 – 15.00

ADMISSION
Participants are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times during congress activities to access scientific sessions and other congress areas. Replacement badges will be issued upon payment of a handling fee of €60.00 (including local VAT) and verification of original registration. Please note that children are not permitted in the congress area.

CLOAKROOM
A cloakroom is available to participants during the following hours:

Friday, May 31 – 12.00 – 19.00
Saturday, June 1 – 07.15 – 19.30
Sunday, June 2 – 07.15 – 19.30
Monday, June 3 – 08.00 – 15.00

LANGUAGE
The official language of the meeting is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

LUNCHES
Participants are entitled to a complimentary box lunch on June 1, 2, and 3, as part of the registration fee.
To receive your box lunch, please present the corresponding daily coupon, which is provided with your badge. Please note that a different coupon is required for each day.

SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
The European Society of Hypertension cares about the planet!
For the upcoming meeting in Berlin, we are taking steps to reduce our environmental footprint. By minimizing the use of printed paper, we aim to use less water, conserve energy, preserve mature trees, and help reduce global CO2 emissions.
As part of these efforts, the Scientific Programme will be available exclusively in a digital format. No printed copies will be provided. You can download the programme from the official event website or access it through the ESH Annual Meetings app.

WI-FI
Public WI-FI will be available. No password needed.

CERTIFICATES
Certificates of attendance can be downloaded and emailed from the registration totems at the congress secretariat, starting from June 2.

E-POSTER
A Digital Poster Area will be set up at the Congress venue, with electronic stations where all E-posters can be browsed throughout the Congress.

E-POSTER SESSIONS
A Digital Poster Area will be set up in the Exhibition Hall.

Poster discussion sessions are scheduled as follows:

Saturday, June 1 – 18.15 to 19.45
Sunday, June 2 – 11.30 to 13.00
Monday, June 3 – 13.30 to 15.00

ABSTRACT BOOK
Accepted abstracts are published in the supplement of the Journal of Hypertension, available on the ESH2024 APP, https://eshannualmeetings.eu/

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Participants who require medical assistance should contact the Medical Point located on Level 0 of the congress venue.

NO-SMOKING
Smoking in the Meeting area is not allowed.

MOBILE PHONES
Delegates are kindly requested to set their mobile phones on silent mode in the Rooms where scientific sessions are being held.

PROGRAMME CHANGES
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances. Please check the website or the official APP for regular updates. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, relocate, or change any of the sessions or to add new sessions.

UNEXPECTED CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO HOLD IT
In the unlikely event that the ESH 2024 Meeting cannot be held, in whole or in part, due to circumstances beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (including riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, governmental actions, etc.), the Congress Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred. This includes registration fees, transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.

INSURANCE
The congress organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries or for loss of or damage to property belonging to congress participants, whether during the congress or as a result of it. Therefore, we recommend that you ensure the validity of your own insurance coverage.
