Visa requirements
All non-German nationals entering Germany must provide valid travel documentation. Delegates who hold neither an EU passport nor a Schengen visa should check as soon as possible the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs website to see if they require a visa to enter Germany, as visa applications can take as long as several months during high season as well as meet temporarily limitations.

Visa regulations depend on your nationality and your country of origin. For the most updated information regarding visa requirements, we suggest you contact your local german consulate or visa counter for full and official instruction on the specific visa regulation and application procedures that apply to you.
If a visa is required, delegates should apply to the German Diplomatic and Consular Representations in their country of residence with the documents outlined on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ website.
An invitation letter to the Congress may be downloaded online from your registration account on this website after the registration fee is fully paid.
If additional support for your VISA application is needed, the Conference Secretariat will be at your disposal for further assistance.
